‘Five O’Clock in the Morning’ Is a book of poems written by Raymond Francis that reflect the realities of war, conflict and suffering. Although the author is now in his seventies, the poems were all written as a young man. The book was designed, and images sourced, for readers to experience the severity of the subject, whilst also feeling that the book was a book to be cherished.
